Default unable to upload images in Group Discussions
When I try to Insert Image while posting in a Group Discussion, I am only able to add an image from a URL. I am able to add a picture by uploading from my computer to Group Photos. I am also able to upload images from my computer when in the Forum or Blog. The only place I am not able to upload is while posting in Group Discussions.

I have checked all of the uploading/attachment permissions and there does not seem to be one that is specifically for Group Discussions. Why would I not be able to upload into a post in Group Discussions, while I can upload everywhere else?
