Help with Flickr feed on forum

Well I originally posted this in the wrong forum, lets try this again in the right forum...

I would like to have a flickr feed on my forum of say the 10-20 newest photos uploaded to a public photo stream. I would like to insert this feed horizontally between the navbar and the forum.

Elastislide is a jQuery plugin that does what I would like but I have no clue how to use it and integrate it into vbulletin. Any help would be appreciated.
