Automatic Bot, posting in threads

I would like it if I could automatically generate posts in every thread in a certain Section eg; Introductions
these posts would be done under a user of my choice, defined by inputting UID of the user I want to use(I could for example create a user called "site bot" and assign it's UID to this mod for it to be the user that people would see as posting)

it would also be nice if such a bot could do other automatic things but not necissary, for example posting daily forum stats on a specified thread

the only thing even remotely similar I could find was this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=126386 which is damned old and not at all what I want
