Hide urls until x posts

Hi guys, I was wondering if you can hide all urls/links until a user has reached a set amount of posts. I don't want to do it using usergroups as they take 15 minutes to update before swapping users in to a new group.

I'm hoping there is a mod or a tip on how this can be done as soon as x posts has been reached it shows links.
