Who knows or can add menu

Hello

i am looking for my forum for a option that shows the topics ( and sub topics) in a menu on the site.
So people can click fast to a new topic if they want and don't have to go back, or click on forum but right away to the new topic.

i have 4.1.7

hope some knows where to find or can make
