Form buttons not working

I have set up bbcode for a spoiler tag on all of my boards. The same code, all on VB3.

For some reason, the spoiler tag won't work on one of my boards. When the user clicks the spoiler button, nothing happens. It appears that no input type=button code is registering the clicks on the site at all?

Anyone have any idea what might have caused that?
