How to add the sections on the right in this theme

Hi,

I got this new theme Gamergreen from completevb (http://www.completevb.com/product/24)
and installed it. Its working great but how do I get the forum posts and threads sections as in the picture in the link.
Is there a mod for this or something I am missing ?
