BB Code Settings and enabling HTML

Hi,

I want to enable only Admins, moderators to have the permission to post html and links in posts, signature and disable the html, link bb code for other users.

How do I do it?

Whenever I change the settings from Options->BB Code Settings - Disable the html/links , it disables for all users including admin.

Any help appreciated
