Different Main Page for Vbulletin Forum

is there any mods that can change the forum main page of the forum to be like this:

www.kaskus.us or www.ceriwis.us

the main page only showing the latest thread, latest post in specific forum, hottest thread (working / integrated with VSA Advance Forum Statistic)

so loading the main page of the forum was not to be so heavy if there are about 100 subforums inside it.

and dividing section2 of existing forums, such as discussions, buying and selling in a different TAB menu / navigation menu.
