mmm..... Super Bee...
The layout look nice, but the top table with everything above the normal forum like the stats and whatnot are not outlined like the rest of the forum table. It needs to have a table around that content table with the cellspacing set to 1, and the background set to #000000. That would give it the outlined appearance like the rest.
Also the background color is a little puky if you ask me, but it is your site.
The site looks like it is taking off well, so you should be proud of that.
I personaly think you should model you color scheme after this:
