Change attachments place on 1 row for 2 types

Hello,

How cand I change the place of two types of attachments : .rar and .txt .
I mean , when I attach 2 files , for exemple:

vbulletin.rar
vbulletin.txt

This two types I want to be on 1 row , like this:

vbulletin.rar (0 views) - vbulletin.txt (0 views)

Instead of:

vbulletin.rar (0 views)
vbulletin.txt (0 views)

How can I do this ?
But if there are more then 2 files with that type, the modification put the rest of them to another row, 2 on 2 , like this:

vbulletin.rar (0 views) - vbulletin.txt (0 views)
vbulletin1.rar (0 views) - vbulletin1.txt (0 views)
vbulletin2.rar (0 views) - vbulletin2.txt (0 views)
