Yeah. No need to have 2 adverts. You're not going to get twice the revenue. If anything, you're just going to annoy people and discourage clicking - which is where the real money comes from.
The banner and the forum don't line up. They should both be the same width. Remove the "All Times are GMT". No one cares about that and it just looks ugly. Try to get the vB copyrights above the red bar at the bottom. Postbit needs customization. Default post reply buttons and shit are ugly and need to be replaced to match your forum skin. The forum new and forum old icons are a tad too big. Also, square is ugly. Try to get some round corners on those sons of guns.
Arcade link doesn't work. Having 404 links is BAD. Donate button takes you to smilies wtf and it shouldn't be all caps. Your guest message register link should have rel="nofollow" on it.
The forum skin itself is a bit bland. Try adding some spice to it. Red gray and white.
