Admin Hide anoying member signature

I have looked for a mod to hide a signature of a member that has way to much 'junk' in it, but I would like to hide it from everyone except that member when s/he is logged into the forum.

I only display signatures for members anyway, but it would be so nice to be able to hide a signature from everyone and let it only display for the member who posted it.

(so as not to upset anyone.)

If someone could do this or give me some help/ instruction.. I would appreciate it.
