Mod for bug report?

Recently I changed my forum software from PHPBB3 to VBulletin 4.1.1. While this is a great change, some features from my old forum have been lost and I've been trying hard to fix it all. At first I just kept track of what to do in a topic, but that's been a bit too tedious now. Is there a mod where people can report a bug, and I can close the report/ticket/issue when I've fixed it?
