Reinstall VB4, but keep posts, member info, etc

Hello

My site has just gotten way too slow and i really want to start fresh, but i wanna keep all of my existing posts, threads, member names and info, etc.

Can someone please tell me what i need to do in order to accomplish this? Thank you!
