How to post a link to another website in forum description text

Hey guys, apologies if im posting this in the wrong section, just wanted to know how can i put html links in the forum description text. I tried using the [url] type but it didnt work and i couldnt find any other way through which i can achieve this. I have attached a picture as a sample of what i want. The text in yellow is basically a link to another website page.
