Default Terms and conditions reminder link
There used to be a mod for this on the 3.x boards.

Basically, once we've registered we forget the rules ... and going back to register.php just takes us to a message saying "you are already registered".

Rather than writing them out again on a new cms page (etc), I'm after a means to review and re-read the rules whenever we feel like it ...
