Recent posts not showing on Front Page.

Hi all,

Just noticed that when I log out of my forums http://ww2chat.com that the block on the right hand side disappears, if you visit the site you should its empty, but when you log in the block is there.

Just makes the page look quite untidy with nothing on the right hand side, but I cant seem to find any permission settings anywhere.

Essentially the site is accessible to non members and they read the posts so I do want the recent post block displayed even if you are not logged in.

Any Ideas?
