Moderator does not get mail when new post or thread

I have only one moderator who is super moderator

I have changed the permissions of the super moderator to receive email on new post and on new thread

In the settings options I have disabled the mail queuing to receive instant emails

I dont know what is the problem

Any help is badly needed now
