Default Pay per thread
I'm thinking it would be useful to be able to set a particular forum up so that any new threads within it needed to be paid for - only about 10 or 20 cents, or I s'pose as much as you wanted to.

I would personally use this to have a very simple classified forum. At the moment I could do via moderation, but that's very labour intensive - I'd rather it was an automated thing.

Anyone have any ideas how to hobble this together?
