New page or section

Hey all,

You know how you can have sections on the vb CMS, and in the admincp you can add different sections - with 'home' a main tab button in the navbar and your sections appear in the navbar sub-menu...well, I want to create a new navbar button called 'resources' with its own page and its own sections....does anyone know how?
