Ban reason not showing!

I've noticed ban reasons on other vBulletin sites and on my own about a year ago. When somebody is banned on my site they can't see anything. Not even the ban message that was given during the infraction/ACP banning. I'm pretty sure it is a default vBulletin function to have the ban reason showed?

Is there some type of usergroup permissions I should change in the ACP?
