Blog Comment Background Color

I know I've seen this asked before but I've searched and searched and I can't find the thread.

I need to change the background color of my blog comments. Comments made by the blog author have a really dumb color that does not look good at all on my black skin. I searched the CP for an hour I can't find the setting that modifies that.
