2 issues i need fixing

as a new comer to vbulletin and not mush experiance but getting there i need some help if possible with 2 issues i am having

isuue 1 is when i turn on the registraion email,the emal that gets sent to new users upon registration does not work and wont allow people to get on my site

issue 2 is when i try to log out it takes me to a check box asking if i want to log out or not,i click ye and it takes me to google stating the page can not be found

can anyone please help me with these issues ? many thanks

sorry to bump this thread but i really need help with these 2 issues,anyone have any ideas what they can be and how to resolve ?
