Increasing green bars for reps

I think this must of been asked before, but I couldnt find it.

But my question is, how can I increase how many of the green bars are shown for a users reputation?

I messed with the numbers, and for testing, I have an account that has almost the highest level of reputations, and it seems no matter how many reputations an account has, only one of the little green bars is shown.

I looked around for a while and couldnt find a setting to mess with how many green bars are shown etc.

Any suggestions?
