Looking for a rotating title logo banner mod for 3.8 (NOT ADS)

I've searched for rotating banners all over but all I see is references to banner ads, which isn't at all what I'm looking for. I'm holding a contest among my users for best title banner and I want to rotate the 6 best. I remember an old MyBB mod that rotated banners every time you refresh the page, and I'm looking for something like that.
