Best way to find where an item is in vBulletin.

I am working on my site and wanting to tweak it here and there. How is the best way to find where an item is being called from?

An Example: I am currently looking for the block at the top where is says Welcome User your last visted and private messages.

So, how's the best way to find these in the templates?
