Sharing common events among multiple calendars
Hi,
I'm trying to see if there's a way to do this in VBulletin, or if there's an existing plugin somewhere here. I haven't been able to find anything, but I'm not really sure what to search for. What I'm trying to do is have a calendar with the general Roman Catholic liturgical calendar on my site, and then have it branch into several national calendars with their unique liturgical celebrations. The general calendar is what they all have in common. I was first looking for a way to copy a calendar, and then add the unique events, but if I do that then multiple instances of the general events will be shown on the front page for the "upcoming events" section, which I don't want. So I want several calendars to share some common events, but also to have their own unique events. Alternatively, if a calendar could be branched into several child calendars, would have a similar effect. So is there any way to do this? Any existing mods or anything? Thanks, Brandon |
