The best thing to do when asking for help with code is to post what you have so far. Or, at least post your thinking on how you plan to go about this.

For instance, how do you plan to get youtube to tell you what the top ten most view videos are? You need to somehow get youtube to pass you this information. You have a link to a page but I don't see how you are going to get the video id's from that.
