Can't view thread under 18 years old [Request]

Hi coders!!

I search for a addon about to deny the view of a topic or forum if the member is not 18 years old.
I have profile field for age on the registration and with that i have statistics about my members age.
I wannt this addon to protect my under 18 years old members on my forum.

Can anyone please code this addon for me?
