Need help with style, background and size problems

ive tried asking the creator about the problems but had no response so hopefully someone here can help

there are 2 issues i am having with the template

first:

as you can see the subforums dont have the background image (part with red ring around it), and the main section does (part with yellow around). i want the subforums to have the background image as it looks weird without it

second problem:

when i close, move, delete a thread or log into the forum and you get the message, the box is too big and hangs over the background image.



thanks if anyone can help. want to try and get these problems fixed asap as i really wanted to release it today as its my forums 2nd anniversary
