Default Notices Help
OK i have made a notice in the latest VB but it does not SHow up

Im using a custom skin...i figured thats pro why but then i just put my default VB style back up(the main vb default style) and still the notices do not show up even in the default skin

i also have all the ""display if" options correct if there maybe another place i have to activate this option?
