How To Post an Image Next To Username in Postbit?

I'm having a pledge drive for my forums. I'd like to place a little star image next to their username in the postbit legacy.

How would I go about doing this? Is there a modification for this?

I'm using version 3.7.4.

DVDTalk.com has something similar they do with their membership icons
