There is no real structure to easily follow with the eyes. There's a light purple color, a bright (really bright) purple color, all black text and black lines..
Nothing stands out, nothing grabs any attention.. it's all jumbled together in one huge purple lump.
I'm not bagging on purple, and if that's your color then go for it.. but it would work better as an accent color more than anything. Not so BLAHHHHH in your face, just really subtle.
Take a look over at http://www.colourlovers.com/. Find a nice color pallet that you like and base your style off of that.. the two tone, and the fact that the colors do not go together well at all are going to drive your visitors away.. and fast!
