2 mods I think are very important

Hi,
Really can't figure out how no one thought to make these 2 mods till now..at least ones that would go with the latest versions.

1- Forum permissions based on (((THREAD))) count not post count.

2- Hide attachments till reply.

I used to have the 2nd one but on the old 3.5 VB version. Now with 3.7.3 none work.

So, can any of you do these mods? I think you'll make many Admins happy.
