no registeration

hello everyone

I am running 3.7.2 and last few days I've added few mods/hacks from here

I am not sure which one did this if any.. but noone can register anymore !!!

it goes through everything then it says the user name already exists on the forum.. I even made up user names to I know they don't exist but still get the same error..

I have disbaled some of the new mods and alos removed some but no change

I have not really looked deep into the issue, but thought someone might have seen this issue before.
