How do I to change the "About me" tab?

How do I edit the "About me" tab?

I would like to remove the restrictions on how many words you can use in the descriptions (as it seems you are restricted to only one line),

...and would preferably also change the name of the "headings" in the about me tab (e.g. biography, location, interest, location) into something else.

Anyone who has done this allready and can tell me how to do it?
