How do you grab a drop down menu from another site (below my banner, not cpadmin menu

Basically I want to do what this site did..

http://www.extremeskins.com/portal/

my drop down menu is on another site and I just want to simply grab that menu (I have the menu in a seperate jsp file called topmenu.jsp) and put it below my banner in my message board. Just like the referred site accomplished..

Whats the best way to do this? .. <iframe> isn't cutting it for me..
