[Request] Display language Based on users IP?

I can't find it but there was a display language based on the users IP / location. This was a template mod in the forum display if I remember right in version 3.6.x I am not sure if it ever worked but I was using it and can not locate that mod again and was wondering if there was the same mod for 3.7.x? I know there is a few others that the user can choose but I really prefer this one if possible. If the 3.6.x version works on 3.7.x can someone please help me find that link then so I can use it?
