Need IE help for VB

i just loaded vbulletin on my server and have no problems with firefox, however, with IE, the forum (index) doesn't load. i reuploaded all files to the server and overwrote any potentially currupt files. can anyone offer any assistance?

the site is: c o b b t a l k s .com (remove spaces)
