2 postbit template questions

I have two questions regarding editing the postbit.

First, I would like to move the Add Reputation button so that it appears to the left of the images that display a users rep, how can I do this and where would I put the code?

Second, I have seen on other forums, that when you place your mouse over a users rep images, the text box pops up and it says the usual user is on a distinguished road, but to the right of that text it displays how many rep points in parenthesis. How can I do that?
