New Posts Link Inside Nav Bar Bottom Right

I have a Fancy Latest Posts drop down with Days and ect , but this causes 2 clicks to see new posts , i want a New Posts Link on the bottom right of the narbar interior (Bread Crumb)

Can someone please tell me how to do this or do up a mod
