Request: Fan Fiction Sytem for 3.7.#

Can someone make a fan fiction system for 3.7, Ive been looking for one with no prevail, I tried the Geek Article system, the demo basically shows not what im looking for, I tried to install it but apoparently it wont work with 3.7 due to some change in the vbulletin, I wanted to try and download a fan fiction and see if I cant set it up to work for my forum, but I cant download it for some reason, even as a license owner. probably cause the bod was made for a really old ver of vBuletin, but can someone do this? It be nice to have a Fan Fiction system that would include...

Im looking for a Fan Fiction System which includes
- 5 star rating
- Ability for users to post Comments
- and if possible a way to make it so I (an admin) can adjust the max characters for just the fan ficiton section
- The fan fiction would be in a board that you choose.
