Need programming documentation & tutorials

Hello everybody!
I'm new in vBulletin, I want to write my own modifications, but it's impossible without VB knowledges and understanding VB idea. Programming documentation does not exists even on official website! Are there any set of articles anywhere, explaining VB structure, step-by-step tutorials of event handling, etc?
Can you help me with the start point of learning VB programming?
