Post moderation

Hello,

In some forums i have seen a feature of post moderation.

Whenever someone posts something then it goes to moderation and when any moderator or admin approves then only that post is visible.

I also want to enable this feature.How can i do it ???

I think it will be helpful for spam control in my forum
