Need help with NavBar

Alright, I'm new to VB, but I've been managing to learn a little bit here and there. However I don't really know much of anything about coding, and need some help with something. First a look at what I want to do.

Basically, I want to take everything that's in the navbar that the red arrow points to, and move it to the one the blue arrow points to. Then, if possible, remove the entire bar the red arrow is pointing to, since it would be kind of redundant. The problem is, I don't really know how to do any of this, so if someone could help walk me through, I would appreciate it.
