Is it true that you can run Nulled vBulletin on Offshore hostings??

Hey,

I am just wondering because some of my friends from my community say i can run a nulled version of vBulletin on offshore hosting and vBulletin.com won't even have a clue that i am usin' a nulled version!!

Is this true?!?!?!?!?!?
