Modification request: Password required to post

In our Forum, we have moderators policy, the moderators should have 2 accounts, 1 account for moderating and 1 account for posting, they have no right to use the moderator account to post as normal members and participate in the discussions.

Lot of moderators are forgetting that they are logged in with the moderator account, and they are posting with their moderator account.

What we need is a modification that makes a specific group (moderators in this case) insert the password each time they want to open a new thread or post a reply.

Note that the moderators do post, they post announcements, reminders and replies to questions, so we can not deny permission to post (this is not a solution).

If there is a modification which makes a specific usergroup insert their password each time they want to post, our moderators in case they forgot they are logged in with the moderators account and click on post a reply, "insert password" page will appear before they post andthey will remember that they are logged in as moderators. Of course in case they insert the password, they will be able to post.
