vBulletin and Joomla beginner
I currently use vbadvanced with my vbulletin setup. We are considering going with a look and feel that is a little more graphical and they asked me to look at Joomla as well. So I created a fresh database etc, installed Joomla, JFusion, and a test version of vBulletin.
I've read pretty mixed reviews of this combination so I'm skeptical. But I've seen a few examples that were good enough for my purposes. Anyway right now I'm totally bewildered. I am having trouble finding some basic instructions that tell me how configure my joomla to put the forums onto a page. JFusion is working fine and the account registration appears to be working from the vBulletin side. As I'm sure you know already, Joomla doesn't work quite like most of the CMSes that work nicer with vBulletin. I was hoping that one of you that has a working Joomla / vBulletin site could help me with some basics. Thanks and regards, GJ |
