Attachment Upload Page with 'select subforum' feature.

To make it easier to post attachments I want to make it so members can access a single page to select the attachment they want to upload, and then the forum for which it is most appropriate.

I am curious if any existing mods exist that will facilitate this for me.

I really really really want this feature. It is part of the next evolution of my forum.
